Biometrik provides AI-powered biometric identity verification, face recognition, and liveness detection services designed for enterprise and government applications. Our Services are provided on a SaaS (Software as a Service) basis.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your API keys and credentials.
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including data privacy regulations like GDPR and DPDP.
  • Obtain necessary consent from end-users before processing their biometric data.

4. Data Privacy and Security

We take data privacy seriously. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices. Biometrik implements industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including software, algorithms, and models) are and will remain the exclusive property of Biometrik. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as per your subscription plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biometrik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
